CATHY LOPEZ-NEGRETEChief Executive OfficerCathy is our founder and Mooer Numero Uno. Besides being almost ridiculously perceptive and having the ability to sum up an opportunity in a second, she just may be the world’s most fun-loving CEO. But don’t let the laughs fool you – the client’s expectations, and the employees’ welfare and their families are no joke to Cathy López Negrete. No nonsense when it comes to the bottom line. All heart when it comes to most other things. Cathy takes care of business while she lovingly watches over the day-to-day operations.

TAMARA LUPO

Chief Operating Officer & River Rider

If there’s a word that can define Tamara’s career, it’s results. Results after negotiating partnerships of all sizes within the sports marketing arena. Results after spearheading successful ad campaigns for clients such as The American Cancer Society, Papa John’s, 76, Bear Bryant Awards, Super Bowl LI and NCAA’s Final Four, among many others. And results even when it comes to the agency’s March Madness basketball bracket. Her knowledge could land her a career as a sportscaster. But we’re glad to have her insights for all fantasy football purposes.

GABRIEL FLORES

Creative Director & Air Drummer

Meet Gabo. His mom wanted him to be a lawyer. His dad envisioned him joining the family business. But he hates wearing ties. And with professional air drumming out of the question, he turned to advertising. His non-musical career began in agencies such as Teran-TBWA and Leo Burnett, working on a wide range of brands and categories such as American Express, General Motors, Procter & Gamble, Corona, Kellogg’s, Chevron, AT&T, and Aeroméxico, to name a few. And since joining Tippit in 2012, Gabo has been the lead behind most of the award-winning work developed for SONIC Drive-In, Gabbanelli, BakerRipley and Texas Children’s Health Plan. When he’s not producing the next greatest hit, this Mexico City native loves spending time with his family, jamming on the drums (yes, real ones) and severely judging people by their taste in music.

PATTY DE LA GARZA

Director, Brand Leadership & Boy Mom

Patty embodies that old saying: Once a Mooer, always a Mooer. She was here when Tippit & Moo first opened its doors for business. And then she took a “sabbatical”. One of those elusive privileges you read about in the tabloids, usually reserved for the rich and famous and now Patty. But she’s back, bringing her veteran strategic thinking through the full gamut of marketing projects, often resulting in award-winning campaigns. She has deep experience in all platforms, from print to video to digital. Although her foundation is in traditional media channels, she’s immersed herself in the digital realm over the past ten years, allowing for a holistic strategic approach to everything she touches. She has worked for clients such as Sonic, Verizon, Walmart, United Airlines, Realtor.com, U.S. Army, Dr Pepper / Cadbury Schweppes, and many others. Not only is she an advertising vet, but when she's not cranking out strategic marketing, she's spending quality time with her 3 teenage boys, ages 14,15, & 16. Consider that for a moment. Truly, nothing phases her.

MAUREEN BONETA

Assoc. Creative Director & Treasure Hunter

"Mimi" is a conceptual designer and plant rescuer. She makes things look pretty, but everything she creates stems from an idea and comes naturally from the product itself. The cream of the crop, Mimi has worked at a lot of big-name ad agencies on clients such as Black & Decker, Nestlé, Little Tikes, Banamex, U.S. Office of Tourism, Philips Consumer Electronics and the National Institute of Fine Arts in Mexico. She’s also our unofficial print queen and human encyclopedia. Her hobbies outside of work are just as diverse as her portfolio, covering everything from DIY home renovating and scratch-made bread baking to art collecting and estate sale hunting. She also enjoys relaxing with her wife and two dogs, Lucy and Tito (he’s a Chiweenie).

BEN CROOKDigital Brand Manager & Dungeon MasterAn all-around player, Ben has all the attributes of a seasoned digital and social media wizard. From crafting data-driven strategies to creative concepting and copywriting, no feat is too great for this DM (that’s short for Dungeon Master). Before joining Tippit, Ben worked his way up from sub to star player at the Houston Dynamo, managing their roster of digital and social media platforms. Off the field, the former Aggie is a hobbyist woodworker, a master of improv by trade, and the dogfather of Jacques Cousteau and Bixby. Oh, and an improving golfer. He’s taking lessons.

KRISTIN BOETSCH

Project Manager & Amateur Florist

Kristin has been in a great mood since the day she was born. But don’t let that smile fool you. As a veteran sport management expert who got her marketing chops at the Houston Texans, Kristin is very serious when it comes to getting stuff done. She brings a heavily process-driven approach to everything she does, including managing projects, time, resources, vendors, budgets, and even Creatives. Yes. She does that, too! Kristin has quite an impressive track record of initiatives under her belt, ranging from fundraising events to outreach programs for several organizations in Houston. In a previous life, as a Brand Leader with our sister agency PSP, she spearheaded the sports and entertainment partnerships for BBVA Compass.
