Hail to the chief. The boss of the barn, and the one we affectionately refer to,among other things, as the “moola” man. The guy who is most bullish on making sure our clients get the ROI they’re looking for and that everything runs smooth as butter. Jason actually comes from the field of sports marketing. But sports, finance or farming, it’s all about grabbing the bull by the horns and taking care of business. That’s what Jason does.
TAMARA LUPO COO
If there’s a word that can define Tamara’s career, it’s results. Results after negotiating partnerships of all sizes within the sports marketing arena. Results after spearheading successful ad campaigns for clients such as The American Cancer Society, Papa John’s, 76, BBVA Compass, Bear Bryant Awards, Super Bowl LI and NCAA’s Final Four, among many others. And results even when to award the winner of the agency’s basketball bracket. She has them all! Her knowledge could land her a career as a sportscaster. But we’re glad to have her insights for all fantasy football purposes.

ALEX GARCÍA Creative Director
Alex is a multi-awarded creative who is comfortable only when he's out of his comfort zone. A thinker and a doer, Alex's interests cover many categories, from music and illustration to design, architecture, comics, and more. Most of all, he just loves to create beautiful things. Proof of that is the work he has done for Cheerios, Yoplait, and the NBA. He’s the kind of guy you can trust your car with, your sister, or even your brand. Especially your brand.

MAUREEN BONETA Associate Creative Director
"Mimi" is a conceptual designer. She makes things look pretty, but everything she creates stems from an idea, and comes naturally from the product itself. Mimi has worked at a lot of big advertising agencies, on clients such as Black & Decker, Nestlé, Little Tikes, Banamex, U.S. Office of Tourism, Phillips Consumer Electronics and the National Institute of Fine Arts in Mexico.
ALEJANDRO GOMEZ-TAGLE ACD
Alejandro began shaking his advertising hooves 17 years ago in Mexico City where he worked as a copywriter for Domino¹s Pizza and Six Flags. While roaming through the pastures he locked horns with agencies such as Publicis and EuroRSCG, where he created award-winning work for a variety of brands including Citibank, Cemex, Toyota, Chivas Regal, Havana and Honda. And just as if working in advertising, being married, and having a beautiful baby boy wasn’t enough to fill out his daily schedule, he’s also a photographer, skateboarder and DJ. Yeah, in that order.
ALEXA ALVAREZ Brand Leadership
Meet Alexa, a recent UH alumni who started her career here at Tippit & Moo. From interning to now becoming a Brand Leadership Coordinator, she knows her way around the office. Coming from a Colombian background, she is diverse and very social. When she’s not shopping for shoes, it’s probably because she’s jamming at a music festival. If you need someone to keep you on track, Alexa is always there making sure everyone on the team is staying on schedule. Just don’t overuse the “Alexa-do-this” kinda joke. She’s tired of it. And she can’t give you the weather in Milwaukee right on the spot.
